FITNESS & LIFE COACHING

I have a masters degree in Social Work from NYU and several years of experience in working with children, adolescents, people with chronic illness, older adults and their families,  dealing with life transition issues, physical and emotional challenges and depression and anxiety. Building on this experience I am able to coach people on their fitness goals, but even more than that assist them in clearing any emotional and personal blocks that keep them from attaining their goals that help them live a happier, healthier, fuller life. 

Eight-week life coaching package $500: Sessions are tailored to each individual and your needs. We meet once a week for an hour coaching session, either in person or via zoom to do goal setting, including fitness goals and personal and life goals. We can meet either in my studio, outdoors or in your home. These sessions are for accountability, to what is blocking you from attaining your goals and to highlight successes and how to continue with those successes.

Eight-week fitness & life coaching package $1100: This package includes the weekly individual one hour life coaching sessions, as well as additional two weekly one hour personal physical fitness sessions. We can meeting either in person or online. Depending on your goals we can meet in my studio, at a track, park, your home, beach, etc.
